Short axis view delayed enhancement image of the heart.

Cardiac MRI is becoming an increasingly valuable investigation for patients with suspected or known heart disease. We offer comprehensive imaging of the heart including adenosine stress perfusion, morphological evaluation and viability assessment. In other words, a single MRI examination can enable us to determine the function (eg ejection fraction), perfusion (any areas of ischaemia) and viability (eg. any infarcted areas of the myocardium) of the patient’s heart.
